These five stars are for Bertha the pharmacy manager. She keeps me updated on out of stock medication and with my options. Any question asked is answered professionally and with care. I only approach the pharmacy when she is available, I skip everyone else due to their lack of customer care, they either ignore you, give you attitude or simply treat you with disrespect.
if i could i would put no stars.....trying to help our patients with the prescription refills and cost, the pharmacy is rude and does not help and hangs up. Hard for a prescriber to take care of our patients with lack of help from the pharmacy staff
