just spent 15 minutes waiting for the pharmacy to give the common courtesy of answering the phone...Its only medicine, it's not important. 2.7 / 5 score is very generous.
The absolute worst store, always short handed and slow. I am switching back to Wags
I visited today and the service was fine, however , the store needed a good cleaning and vacuum. In my opinion a pharmacy should be spotless.
Rude, unhelpful, manager gone until next week, out of 2 prescriptions ( antibiotics) for 2 1/2 days.
Today I found out through my doctor that one of my prescriptions was being re-filled at the incorrect dosage. I was shocked and upset. Contacted the store so they could replace at no charge - already had paid twice for the incorrect dosage. Basically the request was denied and the manager said that it was my responsibility to know what I'm picking up. Her name is Kerry. She didn't take any responsibility for the error. No apology.
