It is frustrating and irresponsible that this pharmacy takes more than 4 hours for a medicine and they give us the wrong one. My husband, who is feeling sick, has to wait another day for his medicine. Very dissatisfied.
I just asked a pharmacy member at the MacDonald Avenue Richmond CVS location to transfer a prescription to another CVS pharmacy and he refused. I explained that this new pharmacy never picks up the phone and he said, well you’ll just have to contact the new pharmacy… which lets the phone ring and ring and ring.

Service is very slow. We ordered 1 day ago and my medicine is still not ready, I decided to go to the pharmacy and do in person follow, Technician is not approachable and talk to us with no pleasing attitude. I waited 1 hr and still not ready, I can see that they’re not busy at all and I asked is they can expedite it and told me to wait 20 more mins.i don’t recommend to get your medicine here folks. Very disappointing experience.
