There's only ever one person in the pharmacy, they never answer the phone, even when a prescriber calls. The pharmacist lied to my face and said my Dr denied a prescription which wasn't true. She called to say it wasn't denied by her and he then told her my insurance didn't cover it, which also wasn't true because my insurance has covered that prescription for 14 years. The prescription was then transferred to Walgreens which filled it in less than 10 minutes. It felt overwhelmingly personal. I'll never go back.
