We signed up for multiple vaccines using their online registration system. We were told that only one vaccine was showing up on their system. Their solution for this technical glitch was to vaccinate everyone else who was waiting for vaccines ahead of us. We ended up waiting an hour and half to get vaccinated. Technical problems are understandable, however the way that they chose to ameliorate the situation is unacceptable.
