I would never ever shop at this ever again in my life ask the worker which aisle is the hand sanitizer and she responded back really rude. She was like what you mean where is the hand sanitizer the whole world is out of it don’t you read the news .. then she said I think I need to write a big sign saying the whole world is out of hand sanitizer so don’t ask if we have any . jUST BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.. ALWAYS SENDING TEXTS THAT YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS ARE READY AND WHEN YOU GO TO PICK IT UP THEY MAKE YOU WAIT 45 MINUTES TO AN HOUR...
My father was formerly an Eaton Pharmacy customer now switched over to CVS. Ever since he was switched over, i must say the level of service and customer service is horrendous. The amount of wait time is ridiculous when i call or wait to refill the prescriptions. As i’m writing this, I’m on the phone waiting for a live rep for an hour already and still have not been assisted yet. Horrible horrible horrible is all i can say for this pharmacy at this location.
Teach your pharmacy what customer service means. They have no idea what that is. Hanging up on a customer who is mid-sentence is not very nice or customer service friendly.

I like this cvs because it got everything i need close to my home..
