Rude pharmacy staff that will not give direct answers to health questions. The store itself is fine but will head over to another pharmacy for help.

Dropped of prescriptions and picked them up ten minutes later. WooHoo! Staff was friendly and helpful.
Tired of being given the runaround every time I try to fill my script. I get told my medication is not in stock, to come back on a certain day. I go back that day, get told a different day by a different person. Happens every time, for years now. Stores refuse to call each other to confirm availability for the customer, even though he has handed them a legal script and photo ID. I hate CVS - you treat your customers like criminals.
I love the overnight crew. They are the best. They take the time to help me out. Eugene rocks.
