Turned in a specialty RX, which was submitted to CVS specialty. My insurance declined because they use Optum Specialty. CVS didn't bother to inform me the RX could not be filled. When I called 4 days later, the tech tells me to call Optum about my RX. I explain the unless they forward my RX to Optum, they would be unable to fill anything. They insisted that Optum could call them if they needed info. I told them Optum would need to get the RX from CVS in order to fill the RX. I was in line for 46 minutes only 5 cars and my meds were still not ready after they said 30 minutes mind we went to eat something before waiting in line. The idiot wants me to get in line again I mean there’s 6 cars already I have 2 kids a 1 and a 3 year old one is crying the other asleep really get off or get in line again? Talk about customer service here.

store is nice and clean. Employees from Pharmacy bad service. my mom came afternoon early told her they will have the medicine ready at 9:30pm that they will call her at 8pm to let her know when to pick up came and told me they didn't have nothing in the system and told me have to wait 15 MINUTES because they didn't do the prescription. wish the employees can care a little bit more about their job and clients.
horrible customer service, do not answer phone during the evening.
