For the first two months of 2026, I had Humana part d as my primary and Aetna Medicaid as my secondary. I even explained to staff about which insurance is primary / secondary. I called Aetna Medicaid 3/1/2026 and got told cvs ran my Medicare by itself and didn’t run Aetna Medicaid as secondary. I filled grievances with Aetna Medicaid to get reimbursed with out of pocket costs
The staff at this pharmacy goes the extra mile and does what they can to get you what you need. Best pharmacy I’ve ever had.
This pharmacy is always extremely quick, they have great communication and everyone is always super friendly and helpful.
Worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. Say they’re working on my prescription one day then the next I’m apparently not in the system. Been over 2 weeks trying to get my prescription, now it’s holidays and makes it even more difficult. If I could put 0 stars I would.
