An older man (bald, 50s or 60's) who was the "pharmacist on duty" just insulted me, berated me, and was the WORST example of customer service I've received in a very long time. In arguing with me about my prescription and my stupid cvs prescription card, he then tried to get the technician to side with him. Snotty, mean, rude, and completely unable to deescalate a situation-instead making it much worse. He accused me and then my doctor of making a mistake.
