In case you are unaware, Migraines and Headaches are not the same thing. Therefore regular Headache medications won't work for Migraines. I would think employees of CVS would know this. If not, at least listen to the customer who is specifically asking for a bottle of "CVS Migraine Relief". I had 3 different people help me at two different stores and they couldn't just say they were out. I'm not a "Karen" so I just told them all the other headache meds they were pushing were not the same thing, said thank you and hung up.
They are the only 24hr pharmacy in the area and it was Sunday night, everybody was moving as quickly as they could. Some people were impatient and rude! The lady up front who everybody needed to speak to first never stopped smiling and apologizing for the wait was AMAZING! All of the staff in the pharmacy need a raise! Excellent customer service in my opinion!
Wait in line for almost 15 minutes to be told I can't have my prescription because it's new and they have no pharmacist to talk to me. This dump gets worse by the day. Moved by business elsewhere!
There are not adequate words to describe how horrible the service is at this pharmacy. It boggles the mind.
CVS pharmacy refused to fill my daughter's prescription. Over two months upon having all the nessasary insurance information CVS did not bill our insurance properly. Due to the negligence of the staff, this resulted in our daughter - who is only six years old and suffers from a chronic illness- to become sick and even fainted one day.
