I am a very frequent guest at your store. Most of the time the cashier and managers are pleasant. I am greatly dissatisfied today. I visited your 340 East Muhammad Ali Blvd store. I had several coupons to use and one of them was a 3$ off training pants . The cashier seemed like she was having trouble putting in the coupons. Once she told me my price I noticed she did not have my 3$ coupon scanned. I asked about it and I saw her reach in a envelope which she had discarded the coupons and grab a handful of coupons. They suck. They the wrong price for an item that I purchased and I tried to get a refund because it was more than I wanted to pay. The staff wouldn't do it and kept saying the manager and stiff sup wasn't there and wouldn't be back until 4:00 pm. That's what I get for going in there in the first place.

Register stuck and I spent about 15 min trying to get checked out. Staff was friendly but you would think a large chain like this would have their act together when it comes to their POS system.
