I would not give any stars. This place has the worst person at the counter. He’s rude to me whenever I go there. I’ve seen how he treats others. Lack of customer service, he needs to treat people with respect. There’s a lot of sick people, picking up meds and they deserve better treatment. I’ve asked to speak to a pharmacist because I had never taken the medication before, I was ignored after waiting 5 minutes, I left. Service has declined. Can't even open on time.
Horrible customer service. They are rude and speak to customers in ways nobody should. Just because you may be understaffed, doesn't mean you take that out on everyone else. It is so hard to get through to speak to someone. We will be going elsewhere. Unbelievable, they are dealing with people's health.... Be nice people!
Over and over again the incompetence at this pharmacy is alarming. Hope to never come back here again.
