The staff are always wonderful and very helpful in every way possible. CVS has now made it impossible to call and speak to anyone by phone unless you are identified by phone first, and then leave a message for a call back. This is not helpful if you get out of work late, and are pressed for time when they close only to find out Dr. Never called in prescription and weekend Drs not available. Target Pharmacy in Ross twp in Pgh is the best. Katie and Danielle are always kind and caring. I would not go to any other pharmacy because of these two women. They make every visit pleasant.
Pharmacy filled the doctors prescription promptly and rightly questioned the customer as to the change dosage
I always come to this CVS and the staff here are all so kind and helpful compared to other locations. I really want to thank Danielle, she is truly amazing. When I was having a hard time with my insurance, she took the time to call and speak with them while keeping me on the line, and she made sure everything was sorted out. She was patient, kind, and so caring the whole time. I really appreciate her support and how much she genuinely cares about customers. Thank you, Danielle, for your amazing help and service!
This CVS is astonishingly good. The pharmacists immediately drop what they're doing when you approach the counter, and despite being massively overworked without a minute of downtime, they're still in a good enough mood. I got a COVID shot here in record time, which even came with $10-off-$20 Target coupon. Hell yeah!
