Pharmacy doesn’t answer the phone even when they’re open and the automated system won’t let you talk to a pharmacist. The automated system is awful and it keeps pulling up someone else’s account when I try to fill my prescription. But I can’t get through to a pharmacist to ask for help either.
The drive thru is very slow. Always seems to change what is needed on the prescription (if a controlled substance, make sure your Dr writes the diagnosis code on the prescription). One of my medications they told me my Dr hadn't returned their request for my refill. Called my Dr and they HAD returned it. Then it was, "Oh I found it but it didn't have the diagnosis code." I've had that medication filled there monthly for several years and it wasn't until this last time that they required a diagnosis code! Very frustrating and... read more
