RecommendedQuick and easy Covid test
CVS Bluegrove is the absolute worst. If they aren't losing your prescription they are being rude. Poor customer service is absolutely horrible. Rx not ready when promised.. I went to pickup a prescription at 6pm it was promised to be ready at 4pm. guess what it wasn't. I was told that they were training and that they were running behind. I go back this morning and they have a sign on the window that says enitre store down. 🤦♀️

ive been going to this specific pharmacy for almost 2 years now, today is the last time. very disrespectful and rude, hung up on twice and complained to the manager and he was just as bad. horrible customer service.

I simply went to this cvs because it was close to my house. 2 years of terror. Loosing prescriptions, not putting in insurance information right, not wanting to rerun information. And not to mention they are all rude as hell! They’re all terrible at customer service and do not deserve to be employed. Especially Annis. Had to pick up a Rx for my Mother and drop another off. The pharmacy staff is the rudest bunch I’ve ever encountered. After I picked the one rx up I tried to tell Annis I had one to refill. She “pointed” for me to go to the drop off register. There was no one there. She never said one word and after a few minutes I left and took the other Rx to Walmart.

This is just regarding the pharmacy. Very rude cashier Ebony and Jim the manager is rude also. They don't care about customer service, but maybe they will when I contact corporate.
