I felt that the tech at the drive thru windows was annoyed with me when I questioned the price of the meds. Ivasked if it would be less expensive if I used singlecare and she seemed irritated
This pharmacy will not properly check with the insurance your copays for your prescriptions. They do not care if they overcharge you and will not contact the insurance company to verify on your behalf as they should be doing. Find somewhere else to go. I have never had this problem with Walgreens/Albertsons pharmacies. Lazy people work here. John at the counter was very rude and dismissive and was not wearing his name tag as is mandatory with CVS policies. Trying to charge me more than double what my Insurance allows and bla... read more
