this Pharmacy has to be the worst, over 24 hours after a doctor's office called in a script and still not ready. AGAIN we were told "I am the only one in here" by the tech working. you call and the phone just rings, no one picks up - over 15 minutes waiting today. Try to talk to a Manager? that won't happen and when you do get someone on the phone "I will check and call you back" over 24 hours and still no phone call. do yourself a favor and avoid this Pharmacy

The ridiculous time it takes to fill a prescription. Standard prescriptions show "In Process" for 3+ days. If I go to the doctor and get prescribed a medication, I should be able to get my medication the same day. I've found they will only fill your prescription if you call and request it early in the day. If you request a refill online, and have refills in the system, you still have to call to request that it be filled. I'm tired if hearing they are short staffed. Terrible customer service, wait times are awful, prices are crazy, they never answer their phone. Pharmacy staff is very rude
Always have to follow up on prescriptions to get filled and hear how backed up they are.
Transferred RX to this pharmacy; was told it would be 2 or 3 days as they were behind on transfers; 8 days later still not filled. Person who answered the phone gave me the excuse that she was the only one answering the phone and working on the transfers, and that there were 40 or 50 people ahead of me. Thank goodness it wasn’t a medicine that was needed immediately. Had issues with the 2 I had transferred earlier. I guess it’s best not to transfer. Was on hold for 33 minutes- ridiculous have had to make at least 2-3 trips for pickup-of prescripts. now told an antibiotic wont be ready for 5 days! Poor service and lack of communication
Sat on hold for 37 minutes before someone answered the phone. will definitely be moving my prescriptions elsewhere.
Pharmacy had antibiotic script for over 3 hours. When I went to pick up I was told by Patty (pharmacist) that script wouldn’t be ready until the next morning. Patty said they were short staffed (parking lot empty & at least 5 workers in pharmacy area). Seeing how it’s an antibiotic it’s extremely important to receive in a timely matter. When I asked to transfer script I was told that wasn’t possible.
