Absolutely disgusted with the managerial decisions at this location. I was in this evening to fill a prescription for my 4 year old son, who suffered a very serious head injury after a fall last night, and is at risk for infection. I was told it would be around 20 minutes. I waited nearly an hour and still it was not ready. Around that time a major storm began, with blinding rain, gusting winds, and hail. RecommendedUsed the minute clinic. Very fast, treated well, received good care
The clerk Stephanie was great. The extra care bucks was not printed and she seen it never came out and she took care of me no problem. Most people would've had an attitude but she was a pleasure to work with. This store is always clean and they have a great selection of everything that my store doesn't have. I just wanted you to know she took excellent care of us.
I've always had a great experience getting my meds at CVS! Always friendly and sincere. I do have a question though- for my Prilosec prescription do I have to be the one to pick this up? Didn't know if my boyfriend can do that for me since it isn't a narcotic or anything. Thanks
