Even though there were a couple other customers to be treated, my experience was as if I was the only customer they had all day. Both the head pharmacist and the assistant who helped me treated me with respect, making sure that if I had any questions that they were handled and all in all a very good experience. All with a smile, direct eye contact and sincere feeling that I truly mattered.
I had to review this pharmacy after seeing the 3.9 rating. That’s crazy!! This pharmacy staff are amazing. They go above and beyond and are always so friendly and helpful!!!
The pharmacists are always kind and helpful.
“Shelly” whom I believe is named Michelle is extremely rude! First she was too busy to check me out and asked me to hold on but when I walked off to look at something and another customer walked up she attended her quickly!!! Secondly, she only checked out my prescription & ignored the items I had on the counter and when I asked if I could get them she said she is too busy plus they only can check out 3 items. I had 5 !
