RecommendedFirst of all, it is close to my home. I have always had great customer service there. Especially threw the Pandemic, people need to be a little more kind. It is not the employee's fault, if they do not have what you need. There is no reason, to be rude with the associates. As far as the return policy, it is due to the Pandemic, they can not return items, that have the store. You should be grateful, that they are their for you. Treat the associates as you, yourself, would, like to be treated.
Waited 2 hours for service in the minute clinic. Wouldnt be a big deal if I wasnt given a 35min wait time. I wont be going back to this location. Ever.
I shopped here 10 years and now I will never again after I was told I can't exchange my diapers. New store manager sounds like a real bitch. Enjoy your vacation I will be calling corporate Monday.
Sad that you wouldn't let a new mom exchange diapers for her son even though its store policy. I'll be sure to never direct anyone here!
