Walking into CVS feels like entering a shrine to corporate greed. Shelves packed with junk food, seasonal trinkets, and overpriced “health” items, while the pharmacy hands out cheap knockoff meds that work about as well as sugar pills. Patients deserve care—not shortcuts.
They gave me a date they would get in a medication. Once I arrived someone behind the counter said it would be at least another month. Then they said they were going to ask me some medical questions. I said to just cancel everything. Why would you need to ask medical questions when you don’t even have the medication??? If you like empty promises and uncertainty this is your place otherwise I would run, don’t walk!!
Incredibly great service. I think the pharmacist's name was Lydia or Lyndia (she went to Drake U. in Iowa). She really went to bat for me, filling three new prescriptions, calling UHC, explaining to me the pricing and the different options. You can tell she really cares about doing an excellent job and helping people. CVS is lucky to have her!!!
