Been waiting since 8:55am for them to open at 9am, now 9:06am, employees starting to roll in finally but still no assistance
Staff is friendly enough once you get there. But their communication system is very poor. You can never call and speak to a person. After navigating through prompts and wasting time, can eventually to voicemail. But then, if you miss the callback, the process of getting simple information can take days. Would recommend picking a different pharmacy, just to avoid this headache in the event you ever need to talk to anyone
Always fast and reliable and friendly people
Room to improve their customer service and friendliness in person and when calling. Have been here multiple times in last couple years and only a couple times had a positive pleasant experience. Hoping to see change.
