The staff there booked me a follow-up vaccination appointment whren i was there for the first dose. Couldn't find my appointment anywhere in my cvs app, and I couldn't schedule one myself to a store more convenient to me because somewhere in the system my follow-up was already scheduled. A total mess.
They had my perscription ready and no wait in long lines
Used to have a good expierence here, but not ever anymore. They have made my health life suffer and they frankly dont care (waiting it happened to you ans ur fsmily) everyone is one accident away from disability, brain surgery, rare genetic disease etc. Stop treating pain patients like were less then. Trust me, we dont want this life. Or the issues that come from it. Many of ur employees just being one.
Do NOT buy glucose monitors and tests strips from CVS pharmacies! This location wanted $92 for a 50 pack of test strips. You can get the EXACT same brand name test strips in a 50 pack on Amazon for $40. Absolute greed! Then, my husband called me and told me the cost, I told him to return it and even though it was unopened and hadn't left the store, they refused the refund. Despicable.
zach was absolutely wonderful, really patient, and ended up helping save us over $100 On getting our prescriptions. good place and great person
