terrible customer service gate closed in customers face so they could have their lunch (1:30-2:10). I get it everyone needs breaks but disrespectful then continued to laugh about me asking for my medications at their side counter… I don’t need to say much else they already have 2 stars. luckily another employee came in at their lunch opened the gates and was able to ring me up quickly and respectfully. I would never recommend coming here.
The staff are very patient and my medication is always in stock
Came there waiting in line about 20 minutes, finally got to the counter and they told me it was at a different cvs 11623… came to a different cvs and they told me it was at the cvs that I just left.. just waste my time thank you and here is one star
Very great staff especially the pharmacist. The Pharmacist goes out of her way to meet the needs of the people waiting on medication. If you are waiting, she keeps a eye on the line and makes sure the line keeps moving. Thanks for making the difference in our community!!!
The service at this pharmacy is so poor that I intend to complain to the corporate office in Rhode Island. I could not get through to a person on the phone, and they did not call me back after three requests. I had initiated a request for refill (not an expired Rx) three weeks ago. After nearly two weeks, they finally contacted my doctor, who sent an updated Rx to them four days ago. According to the CVS site, it has not been filled.
