make sure the people they hire are mature enough to handle customer service. The Pharmacy business is not like other retail. A lot of the people that come in are stressed by medical issues already. I suggest you don't do silly things like show the attitude that you could care less about them by slamming their merchandise on the counter.
Fast service, take their time to explain medications. Very patient with lots of questions. Would recommend .
Great service , Great employees , And great products
Terrible customer service. Items are not marked on sale and then told can't use coupons because they are on sale. Tried to call to discuss with manager and no answer! Not the way to start out a new store.
CVS KEEPS TRYING TO GET ME TO RELOAD THEIR APP. I HAVE HAD IT THREE DIFFERENT TIMES. EACH TIME, CVS USED MORE BATTERY AND SPACE THAN ANY OTHER APP I HAD. IT HAS BEEN A BIG INCONVENIANCE.
I dropped prescriptions off last night this lady tells me we are busy can you pick up tomorrow. I show up there an hour ago they have no record of my medication ( Propranolol 80mg) this lady is off on the weekends and I assume that if she's a pharmacy tech she knows if I run out I have tremors and my heart does not function properly and I'm not supposed to miss a dose let alone run out ...I'm already starting to shake and if I die of a heart attacked because of your irresponsible employees were to busy worrying about getting... read more
