Can’t get ahold of the pharmacy because the automated machine refuses to just let you speak to the an actual person. It takes a 10-20 second delay for the ridiculous AI to pick up on what you’re saying if it even picks up on the words you’re saying. There’s no options to press buttons to get what you need and it will either hang up on you or send you through loops just to speak to the pharmacist. The pharmacists and pharmacy techs are soooo helpful. They go the extra mile to make sure we can get what we need. They help us find discount programs. They are the best.
If you are going to go to a CVS pharmacy in this area, take the time to walk inside here (no drive through). Both of the main pharmacists and the pharmacy techs Dori and Katie are so sweet and helpful. I had issues with multiple pharmacies in the area.. so I came here and was so happy to feel genuinely cared for!
I love that you send a text message when you have my prescription ready for pick up..
