Very professional and friendly. CVS texted that they had received my prescription, then texted again when it would be ready for pickup along with the price. The pharmacy was well staffed and wait time for pickup was minimal. Could not have been easier. Thanks CVS!
I stopped few days ago to pick up my subscription - I normally have a co-payment of $10 - last time it was $40. I asked clarifications to the young lady that helps for the pickups, since it that price increase was suspicious. She was not polite, lazy and bad manners - she finally checked on the computer then asked me to call my insurance for more information.
