I went to this CVS store in Houston (Chimney Rock and Bissonnet) and, when I realized that I had forgotten to take my card, asked the check out lady to hold my future purchases while I went home because I had a $10 coupon that I would like to use. She said OK and I returned to the store within less than an hour only to find that all the items that I was planning on purchasing had been returned to the shelves. Worst service today - pharmacist gave me fruit flavor not mint for special toothpaste. As soon as I took it out of bag I called. Didn't want to return. Finally did but blamed me/doctor. First person I talked with on phone even said she didn't know there were choices.
