The only reason I gave this 1 star is that's the lowest it could be given. Last week, a prescription for antibiotic was called in while my husband was having a dental procedure. He had to wait over 4 hours for it to be filled. This is at a store where no one is ever inside picking up and an occasional car is in the drive-thru. If a person walks in a scrip, they are told it will be 2 to 3 hours for it to be filled. This CVS has gone downhill extremely bad. I spent an hour and 20 minutes trying to get somebody to pick up the phone in the pharmacy. I would wait on hold up to 10 minutes so I finally called the manager. His name is DeShawn and he told me he would walk back there but instead he just left me on hold for prolonged periods of time as I called back two more times to speak to him... CVS needs to hire professional managers, not somebody like this joker he was just standing around when I finally drove up there...

I want offer CVS Pharmacy customer service training. The on on S. Story is horrible. They do not answer the phone. Our Doctor called and couldn't get them to answer! We called, no answer. I had to come up here and they asked me "What do you want us to do?" HA! How about taking care of business and serve your customers

Just bought a prepaid green dot card from this store and loaded 40 bucks on it and left , got home and card didn't work. Went back to store and told the manager on duty "Norma " that didn't work. She said no refunds! Card that was in package different than the information on outside of package. Someone is stealing people's money like that!! Never stepping foot in that store! And hope you won't either!
