the people there reflect really truly caring about the people they serve at the counter. HOWEVER, CVS should not have a call back system for PATIENTS at all. not everyone has a phone available or want that someone should get back to them. HIRE MORE PEOPLE, make the pharmacists and the patients their TOP Priority!
I had a great experience at the CVS Pharmacy located inside Target. I recently visited to pick up my prescription, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. The pharmacy staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. I truly appreciated their patience and care.
