At this store many prople were made to feel they aren't worthy of the pharmacy. Rude behavior, understaffed store just so CYS and CareaMark makes maximum dollars. Its not capitalism that involves bilateralism. You know the biggest problem besides attitude, lack of training and, purpusful short staffing is they won't let you get to the people who can help you. Not impressed. Had an 11:45 appointment to get my covid 19 shot. I opted for the novavax shot, which the CVS app said this location carried. I got multiple emails and texts reminding me of this appointment so I couldn't forget it if I tried. I got there at 11:30 and checked in on the app right away. Went straight to the pharmacy to hang nearby. There weren't any chairs, so I stood right at the vaccine area from 11:30 on.
