I called the pharmacy to let them know I was on my way. No one picked up. I stayed on hold for 15 minutes and that was enough time for me to drive to CVS, I parked, I got out and walked in. I was halfway inside and could hear these people laughing And talking. Yet again I’m reviewing this location. CVS is a part of my health insurance and am almost forced to use. This location is very close to my home and it’s very disturbing that it’s one of the darkest after the sun goes down. I am perplexed as to why CVS will add no lighting and security outside the stores. Store should be taking in to account safety of its own employees and staff.

I do not recommend this pharmacy at this time. This CVS is very convenient to my home, but in the last 2 or 3 months it has been robbed at least 4 times and there were other robberies prior to these. The store needs to update the lighting and security cameras in the parking lot and add a security guard to deter these robberies before someone gets hurt or worse. This CVS gets robbed at regular intervals and CVS corporate refuses to bring in security or close the store at 10 PM. (Most of the robberies occur between 10 PM and 12 AM.) They seem unconcerned with the safety and well-being of their employees.

Most CVS’s I’ve been to have terrible pharmacy. They are rude and don’t seem to care.

The pharmacist at CVS Guesner road Houston Texas does not know how to give a flu shot . I go there today and he gives me a flu shot way high in my upper arm . I tell what he did is wrong . It has to be a three finger down from the shoulder and not at the shoulder. He hits the bone because he gives the shot way high in the shoulder and not follow the instructions of three fingers .
