I’ve been using this pharmacy for years and I’ve never had anything to complain about. The pharmacist and pharmacy staff have always been great, but there was a pharmacist turnover recently and now service is a mess. A month ago they lost a copy of my prescription and claimed they couldn’t fill it because it was “expired”. Staff members are very courteous even when the store is busy.
I’ve been using this pharmacy for years and I’ve never had anything to complain about. The pharmacist and pharmacy staff have always been great, but there was a pharmacist turnover recently and now service is a mess. Lousy,customer service, have been ordering my monthly meds with them for about 3months now,they are rude on call backs,they FORGET you are A PATIENT in need of your meds, THEY never follow through on their texts to me,why should I bother,the last time I picked up my meds is the last time for me, they told me it would be ready on a day,that day came,not one text,I had to go to them,still not ready,so had to wait more. That's enough for me
Always a great place! Well stocked, lovely people; they even have Korean beauty products now! The only thing is that I wish they still had the healthy snack area!
