The female pharmacist Arety is extremely rude and self centered. I called at 6:43pm to follow up on a prescription transfer that my new pharmacy requested several hours earlier. After sitting on hold for 14 minutes, she answered the phone with attitude acting like I was bothering her when in reality, the problem was her own time management. Rude. Lied about having the meds for our baby in 3 days and didn't tell us until we showed up. Sent us to another cvs who then shorted our supply. Always the slowest pharmacy and makes you wait a looooong time for the meds.
The pharmacy staff is absolutely the best! In particular Candice was terrific! Very helpful and very knowledgeable. She accommodated us in getting our prescriptions transferred from Publix to CVS-Target. That is especially commendable since the CVS PHARMACY LUTZ wasn’t interested in helping us with a prescription transfer. In fact they were indifferent and rude. All the difference in the world when people/employees are helpful rather than have a “give a crap” attitude. Kudos to Candice and CVS-Target!!!
The absolute best pharmacy in Tampa .... Not even close.. All of them that work back there are beautiful people that actually care about you. They will have my business no matter where I live thank you Candice Sasha and the rest you all are incredibly beautiful people
