I don't like CVS...I've talked to customer service and they do have a 28 day rule and I was told if my app shows refill then I'm allowed to refill it ..they count the day you pick it up ...I got my last one 8/5... My app showed refilled September 1st ..I counted from the 5th to the 1st .. it was 28 days .I was i refilled on the 2nd of September..once they opened it showed it would be ready by 4pm...then it changed to 5:30...then I was told I could get it on the 3rd but I received a text saying ready.i go and get it and was t... read more
Showed up during their advertised hours and they were closed. Says y'all updated your hours 6 days ago! Oops.
This pharmacy use to be great! Over the past few years it’s gone down and I’m finally going to search for new a new pharmacy. I had a prescription filled this morning that said it would be ready after 12 o’clock. I check back in around 1, because online it suddenly says “delayed”. Well, you can’t speak directly to the pharmacy staff anymore. You have to leave a voicemail and wait for a call back.
