Never seem to have enough of a medication in stock to fill a prescription. Always understaffed; ridiculous hold times on the phone.
Bad, bad! Consistently don't have scripts that I ordered there for yrs! Orders late at best, if you need prior authorizations good luck, they fail to understand that a form needs to be sent to Dr.
Pharmacy service is awful. Consistently call and hold for 30 minutes and no one ever answers phone. Forced to come in and wait times are ridiculous.
