They eliminated any ability to access a human via a phone call. You are forced to talk to a useless AI bot who waits 10 seconds before replying to whatever you say, and anytime you ask to talk to a human, it says it doesn't understand and transfers you to a voicemail black hole. My wife got there at 5:57 due to extreme, extreme traffic (50 minutes to drive 2 miles), and realized she left her ID in the car. She told them she'd run out to grab it and come right back. I always have a good experience at this pharmacy! The staff is friendly and super helpful, and I appreciate the quick service. They have a great selection of health and personal care products, too!

Great location to get a vaccine. Staff is professional and efficient. The set-up is modest with a privacy screen, but its perfectly adequate to get a quick vaccine. Highly recommended.
