The store at 32nd and Union Hills in Phoenix is the worst! I asked if they sold Off mosquito repellent. Yes, she said, in the same aisle as band-aid. Nope not there. Walked every aisle in the store, no Off. Decided to buy birthday card. Line was eight people long. Never moved. After 10 mins lady in front of me said F*** this, dropped her basket and walked out. So I dropped my card in her basket and left too. One clerk at cash out was arguing with customer about coupon the whole time. Never thought to call for manager or help... read more
One of my friends called there and they hung up on him. He was trying to see what superscription he needed to pick up and then he went in to the store and no one would admit to taking to him. He found out who hung up on him because he knew the staff and there was one guy he did not know (James). They even called the cops on him because he waited in the store to see his name tag because he would not identify himself so that he could contact there corporate office to send in a review.
Awful. I'll stick with my normal Walgreens Care Clinics even with this one being closer to my home. The extra drive is worth definitely worth it.
Not 24 hours and prescriptions not ready. You suck transferring all prescriptions to Walgreens. Went to the drive-through and she couldn't update my insurance through the drive-through I told her what's the point of having a drive-through. She told me to get behind the three other cars or to go inside. I had already waited 15 minutes in the drive-through. Then when I go inside my prescriptions aren't even ready. They had already been called in Friday by mad office and it was Sunday. So for your sorry ass unprofessional ways ... read more
