I used to be able to trust them to process my readyfill prescriptions. The last two times, they sat in "processing" limbo for almost a week. I called finally and was told they'd be ready by 5pm next day. Next day: I waited in the drive through for 30 minutes just to be told to "come back tomorrow". Went back today what a mistake. 3 cars in the drive through in front of me took 60 minutes. their COVID19 TESTING via drive through is a huge time suck. Had a disappointing experience at Willoughby Hills CVS. I was there around 5:30-6:00pm. After getting what I needed, there was no cashier. I found a stocker, and she said that'd she be there in a minute. The cashier, Kevin, finally showed up; walking from the back on texting or whatever on his cellphone. He got to the register, but the card reader didn't take the card at first. I reswiped, nothing happened.
