The associates never never disappoint me. Nicole is so helpful and I can't say enough about her presence in the store. Good job by everyone. Bravo.
Cut my foot on a rusty nail. Had to cruise on into the CVS for a Tdap (Tetanus shot). Scheduled it on the CVS website and even though I arrived 30mins early They took me right in and I was out within five minutes! Couldn’t ask for a better experience (Minus the rusty nail part)
The new machines at the pharmacy counter are terrible. Most of the customers were senior citizens and it took them extra time to figure out how to use them, but they ended up needing the pharmacist's help anyway. This made the wait time and counter time even LONGER. I'm sure this is somehow saving CVS money - but at the expense of the customers. Get rid of the machines - everyone prefers actual human pharmacists.
