Stay away from the CVS in Target at Quincy, long lines and they really don’t like to work with customers! They tell you it’s your issue and sends you away
Actually would be faster to go to the manufacturing plant and do it my self.
This AI bullish!!! Is ridiculous. You can’t talk to ANY human from the pharmacy. You have to sit on the phone trying to get the AI robot to literally help with anything, just for it to tell you that it can’t understand you and makes you go to a voicemail. You leave a voicemail and NEVER get a call back. This pharmacy is an actual joke.
Picked up RX, was some sort of wet/sticky stuff on the box, cross contamination for sure, watching my fingers and if anything gets weird because I touched it. For sure moving to different location.
