In my opinion and experience this pharmacy is not reliable enough for medication if it is critical. Between refills I often have to wait several days and sometimes up to two weeks to be able to refill my prescription, and the wait is often so long I travel to other cities to get it in other cities. The staff was pretty kind, Dr. Nnochiri Ojirika was knowledgeable and kindly informed me about taking my meds post-surgery. The wait times could have been swifter, but perhaps they need more staff. Overall, this location has been pretty good for filling prescriptions for me.
watched a very rude man complain about a 3 minute wait. they still helped him and kindly so while also getting everybody’s fill too, didn’t grab their names but a guy with glasses and a very beautiful girl with a green cardigan (i believe the manager?) on monday shift on labor weekend were awesome!!! very patient and very efficient even when customers get fussy over nothing
We changed pharmacies because coming here is always a nightmare. The associates are rude with extra attitude—they won’t hesitate to yell at you if you gave them wrong info by accident—and the pharmacists aren’t friendly. You would think that being in a caring profession they’d have more empathy, but they don’t. Go elsewhere or switch to Amazon Pharmacy or Chewy for pet meds like we did.
Great service! The tech, Janet, was friendly as well as professional and efficient.
