Janet is the best.
Always busy and long lines. Once they told me my rx was ready, stood in line for 10 min for them to tell me they put it back due to their error. Lasts straw was made an appointment for a flu shot and they took all walk ins ahead of me until it was my walk sequence. Waited 30 min past my appt. Not sure what the point of an appointment is?????
I went in yesterday (Sunday afternoon) to get a prescription and an older African American lady at the desk helped me. As she pulled up my prescription she LOUDLY yelled “Ew you have the flu you need to get away from my counter!” She did this with a line full of people. Not only is this a violation of HIPAA but also it was out right terrible service. I work in healthcare and I would never treat someone the way she did to me yesterday.
I truly love the service at the CVS on Quincy. The team reflects professionalism and reliability. Keep up the good work!!!
