The person that gave me both of my shots was so awesome and really really nice and knowledgeable and respectful and very helpful
A prescription was sent here by mistake, I tried to call to get it transferred but their automated system doesn’t let me speak to anyone, I went to the pharmacy the lady at the front says sorry can’t transfer unless the other pharmacy calls. My pharmacy tries to call and no one at CVS answers so is my son screwed with no medicine? I guess an attorney needs to be involved.
The waiting is clearly unprofessional, takes a long time and only had 2 checkouts for medication. The pharmacists are also no help, asking questions will result in no advice
There's an employee by the name Kaitlyn, she is extremely rude. She was rude to an older gentleman who was ahead of me in line and also to me. She has no customer service etiquette and no manners. CVS needs to do some extensive training with her. I hope she doesn't stay at the pharmacy for long.
The worse CVS ever… I have lived here 40+ years and they have never gotten one iota better . Rude, incompetent and inconsiderate. The have terrible personnel.
