The waiting is clearly unprofessional, takes a long time and only had 2 checkouts for medication. The pharmacists are also no help, asking questions will result in no advice
There's an employee by the name Kaitlyn, she is extremely rude. She was rude to an older gentleman who was ahead of me in line and also to me. She has no customer service etiquette and no manners. CVS needs to do some extensive training with her. I hope she doesn't stay at the pharmacy for long.
The worse CVS ever… I have lived here 40+ years and they have never gotten one iota better . Rude, incompetent and inconsiderate. The have terrible personnel.
