I have lived Newton for 15 years and have gone to CVS in Newton Centre. The last few years the pharmacy has deteriorated to the point I am surprised they are still open. NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE! In fact I have driven to CVS on hold on the phone with pharmacy and arrived to CVS and saw no customers and no staff picking up the phone. That was my final straw with the pharmacy!
