Went for a flu shot. The person doing the shots was rude and angry at me, complaining she had people every six minutes but I had stood there for 25 minutes after I checked in and one person went in. As I waited, a mouse ran across my foot. Definitely don’t buy food here!!!
The men’s room on Springdale Road, cherry Hill, NJ is a disgrace. It is filthy!
If I could give them a negative number I would. Multiple times I have dropped off prescriptions that they have failed to log. That was by pharmacy manager Marvin/Melvin and then pharmacist Andrew accused me of not dropping it off. CVS has lost my business after over 20 years. They never should have moved Jody!! Worst pharmacy EVER!
I am the only one that thinks the CVS Pharmacy at Holly Ravine sucks. Five people in front of me to pick up scrips one cashier five techs behind counter when one asks for some help out front you get ignored. Wake up CVS and get it right. This is not a one time situation here.
I've waited 3 separate times for over 20 minutes, before hanging up, to speak to a pharmacist. I called at different hours of the day to avoid peak times. I've been in the store watching no one pick up the phone when I hear it say " you have 4 pharmacy calls". I am not surprised I'm waiting this long.
