Terrible service, Very rude people, I'm going back to mail order or find a pharmacy in Newport that hires people with manners

The staff is very friendly and helpful in person. BUT there is always an issue filling my prescription or delays that I’m not made aware of. They also cannot fill all of my prescriptions because of shortages etc. Exhausted by all of it and looking to switch asap.
Although they are sometimes understaffed, this team does a wonderful job. They are prompt in filling prescriptions, return calls quickly and are professional and helpful. I have been impressed with their efficiency.
