Every time I come to pick up a prescription is a fantastic experience. I can really feel that the team members at the pharmacy care about every customer they serve. With the turbulent economy we are in, and especially with the raising healthcare costs, I had come in to pick up a $55 prescription. I use my HSA card, which only had $57 on it, so I tried to find a GoodRx coupon in conjunction with my insurance. This place needs to run a tighter ship. I've called in meds well ahead and have been told on multiple occasions to wait another 20 minutes on arrival. They constantly run out of iron and levicarnitine and i'm asked to recite my daughter's ssn every single time even though they have it on file. It feels like this place has been understaffed and understocked for 3 years now. The only thing keeping them from a 1 star is they've improved their automated ordering which used to be just as atrocious.
Have had many issues getting my prescriptions filled here, but, today, while already paying for a prescription, the pharmacist refused to ring out pharmaceuticals from underneath the CVS Pharmacy sign, stating, "Sorry, we're a pharmacy." Ok.
