This place scheduled and confirmed me for a booster shot for Covid. When I got there, they claimed trouble with their system, and promised to call me as soon as they cleared it up. HOURS LATER, I called them and they claimed they'd just found out they couldn't do it because they didn't have the vaccine in stock at all. They were clearly lying, rather than fixing their paperwork error. Then they said they'd have the vaccine on Monday and hung up.
