I appreciate Kayla in the drive-thru so much!! I was experiencing COVID symptoms and tried to get a PCR done at a different CVS earlier that day, but there were some issues with my insurance (which there always are because it’s through school) and the lady there basically said “sorry, can’t find it. Try somewhere else.” But Kayla took the time to look and actually find my correct insurance. Even though they were fairly busy and my situation was complicated, Kayla remained kind and professional the whole time.

Okay , it's like this. Any business is only as good as its employees. There is a great deal of turnover at the store and it's very small. I'm sure the employees bump into each other. I take a lot of heavy medications, and more than once I have that I was being judged by Pharmacy staff. Pain medication should be a priority. I was in there when I could not stand or sit. The pharmacist was taking new orders and overlooking mine I was in incredible pain and she knew it. There is so much turnover . I don't know if they don't pay ... read more

2 ways to enter and exit this location. I don't shop inside the store often. I use this location for the pharmacy. I see previous reviews that advise the pharmacy is slow and the staff is rude. From my experience using the drive thru, the staff wasn't super friendly but not rude either. I've picked up prescriptions on my lunch break and in the evenings. The longest wait I've had at the drive thru was when there were 3 cars ahead of me on NYE. I waited maybe 15-20 minutes. Another time I was the only car in the drive thru and... read more
