The app check in didn't work, so it was a bit cumbersome to get the shots
Does NOT take medication disposal here. Waste of a trip. Sigh.
Many of the Employees here are not qualified for the job that they are doing I been using CVs for over 8 years had no issue since I moved to Renton and using this brunch it’s always been headaches and waste of time
Worst pharmacy ever existed .. worst customer service .. Super long line ,even after getting back at the counter we have to wait for half n hour after sharing all the information , they even hold up my insurance card so that we can’t leave
The pharmacy staff were amazing and the woman who did the immunizations was brilliant, didn't feel a thing. Noted also that the staff behind the counter from pharmacists to pharmacy techs have the collective patience of all the saints considering I saw one woman pointlessly and extremely disrespectfully yelling at some poor pharmacy tech. The tech managed to be calm and collected whilst I was ready to do something that might result in legal action, because the customer had all the manners gifted to an inebriated vole.
