Good service, I was disappointed that the vaccine admistration is done while simply standing in line. Good staff though.
I had a successful transfer of my prescriptions from my local Rite-Aid when they closed bankrupt. Although it took two visits and a 15 minute wait, this pharmacy did finish and complete my 5 prescription refill transfer order, and WOW three pharmacists on staff and two working the day i was there. YAY Ellie, Jennifer, and Hana. and YAY for Simi the front desk CSR, pharmacy tech, who updated my insurance, my customer profile and made sure my insurance card did work and process successfully. I have been waiting in line for 20 minutes and the line has barely moved. If they can’t help people, they should move them aside. Ridiculous. Never coming back here. The reviews about ineffective staff seem accurate and I have not even interacted with them.
It has now taken a total of over 6 1/2 hours of driving back-and-forth to different cvs’s and standing in line because this pharmacy messed up my prescription and I still don’t have my prescription three days later! 🤬 I have taken off work lost money as a result of their mistakes. The sad thing is this has happened twice
Absolutely horrible service extremely embarrassing when they yell your prescription across the room so everyone can hear. highly disorganized. lady didn’t know how to transfer my prescription. They never have the right prescription in stock. and it could take weeks. If you are forced to use this CVS just know that they close for an hour during lunch and the line always becomes 1 million years long and you might as well just not go at that time unless you want to stand in line for an hour and a half
