I had a bad experience with this CVS pharmacy. Waited nearly an hour to be told didn't have in stock and wasn't expecting any. Luckily I found a great pharmacy in Factoria and I received outstanding service from them. Sadly they decided to close the pharmacy 18 months later. The CVS pharmacy on Carr Road in Renton WA was recommended so I got one of my prescriptions filled there. I highly recommend them. They are great
Where to start? The phone system is joke, the incredibly long line to wait for prescriptions at any hour of the day or the incompetent staff who have wasted my time by giving me misinformation. I don't understand how CVS is in business.
Rude employees wouldn't help me because they were closing. Um you're still open so you can help people still waiting in line. And you can't call in to speak to anyone because they'll give you a robot to speak too...then make you go online after speaking on the phone to refill your own medications. Definitely won't be returning to this location. If I could, I'd give them zero stars.
The WORST ever phone system. You cannot simply call & talk to someone if your phone number isn’t registered in their system. Just a horrible experience to just try to simply call & ask a question.
Wait time was terrible. They had 6-8 people filling prescriptions & 2 people helping the massive long line of customers
