Can’t even call and speak to a human. Their AI assistant always transfers you to voicemail. We shouldn’t have to wait to have someone call us back when calling during normal operating hours. Whenever came up with the idea that this was a good thing obviously wasn’t considering the customer experience.
I mainly just deal with their pharmacy, so this will be mainly about that. To be honest, this CVS location is not that close to me, but I prefer it because the staff at this pharmacy is great. Especially their lead pharmacist. When I call for help with a medication I use their app and get a call back quickly. They are always polite and professional and they always make sure to help every customer, even those rowdy ones. And they do the same for their drive-thru customers.
