Dear CVS, what happened to you? Had 2 prescriptions sent to this location early Thursday, around noon. I went in on Friday afternoon, at 5, to pick it up. The pharmacist told me the order wasn’t ready and would be another 30 mins. I was surprised, since they had the order for over 24 hours, but she said she’d expedite it, so I said ok, and I went home. We have used this pharmacy for 3 years now and they consistently fill prescriptions that I do not need and let me run out of important meds that I do need. I wish they would either employ people with half a brain or get a better system for keeping track. Last year they contacted a doctor I stopped seeing years ago and we had to tell them again to stop bothering him for refills.Cannot recommend this pharmacy.
