Apparently new pharmacists and extremely unprofessional, rude & nothing but excuses
always a pleasant experience! especially with the lady at the check out - the one with long blond hair... she is so lovely, always engaging, always smiling!
I have called several times today to try to get a new prescription filled that my doctor called In for when I need it. I've waited over 30 minutes and your pharmacy flat REFUSES TO ANSWER THEIR PHONE!!!! Also the store manager was extremely rude and refused to assist. THIS IS INEXCUSABLE!!! Shame on the staff at this CVS for not even providing a way to request a call back and also on the unprofessional store manager for refusing to as well! Clearly you do not value your customers at all.
I've been shopping at this CVS location forever ... This store has the most awesome up-dated photo equipment ... I use this equipment often to process my pictures and personalize my photo greeting cards ... The staff is so very courteous and eager to help ... Thank You
