So, I’ve been on hold for over 15 minutes to check on a prescription. Literally. I am actually writing this as I continue to wait. Currently at 18 minutes now. No one has even picked up the phone to ask if I’ve been helped. Just hit 20 minutes. It’s 7:35pm at the moment. Just now spoke to a woman with an incredibly bad attitude who mumbled half the time and was annoyed when I politely asked her to repeat herself. This place is awful. The store manager should be embarrassed.
